Tentative Agreement Details and Town Hall Call
On September 12, we reached a tentative agreement (TA) with Piedmont. We showed the company we're united and ready to fight one day longer. We spoke out against poverty pay, shared solidarity selfies on social media, sent over 1,000 emails to Eric Morgan, and marched in Labor Day parades. Our calls to Congress led elected leaders to stand with us and demand better from Piedmont. Those actions and more were the reason we were able to get this tentative agreement.
Click here to review the highlights of the TA and the wage scales. The full TA is now posted, and we'll update this page frequently with more information about the agreement and the ratification voting process.
This agreement includes important improvements over the current contract and the January TA that wasn't ratified. It represents the hard work of our bargaining team and every member who stood up for a fair deal. We will keep fighting for a better future at Piedmont.
Join us for a CWA teletown hall on Thursday, September 20, at 8pm EDT to learn more about the tentative agreement and get your questions answered.
RSVP by filling out the form here: http://CWA-Union.org/PiedmontCall or text PiedmontCall to 69866.
