On Sunday, November 26, Piedmont passenger service employees--members of CWA Local 3645--turned Charlotte Douglas International Airport into the site of a major mobilization for Fair Wages, Fair Treatment, and a Fair Contract.
Our CWA bargaining team met with the company’s bargaining team from November 7-9 and continued working toward a fair and equitable contract. Talks and proposals were focused on economics for all three days.
We are continuing to fight for more powerful protections for passenger service agents who face verbal and physical abuse on the job. This fall we're advocating on Capitol Hill for key protections and procedures our agents need and deserve.
