After much discussion we were able to make agreements on two proposals: Purpose of Agreement, where pronouns were updated, and Scope & Successorship, where the meaning of the article was not changed.

These proposals are the most important part of the contract as they govern your work rules including the amount of time you are expected to be at work. The Union is fighting to make improvements in the work rules and fight any changes that will negatively impact members, but we need your involvement.

Make sure your address is updated with the Local and sign up for updates by email or texts by filling out this form, and participate in the mobilization activities that will be communicated before each session. Don't forget to send your solidarity selfies and group photos to info@piedmontagent.org with your name and station to show all Piedmont stations are watching the progress of bargaining. The next bargaining session is scheduled for November 7, 8, and 9.

Remember, we are stronger together!
